This is an exterior fitted wall plastic ventilator; the circular spigot and external louvre is used in conjunction with ducting.
The vent has an elongated spigot to ease with attaching the ducting onto the vent. The screw mountings are hidden behind the louvres which keeps this product as aesthetically pleasing as possible.
T4ML - 150mm x 150mm with a 4" diameter spigot - Used with 100mm ducting
T5ML - 155mm x 155mm with a 5" diameter spigot - Used with 125mm ducting
T6ML - 183mm x 183mm with a 5" diameter spigot - Used with 150mm ducting
